The humanoid robot have learnt to read thoughts

Humanoid robots have learnt to understand thoughts, informs AP. The appropriate technology was developed by Honda Motor. It is intended for usage with robot Asimo. Honda Motor engineers have created a special helmet which on the basis of the analysis of changes of activity of a brain can define of what the person thinks. Then the appropriate signal is transferred to the robot on a wireless communication. However, this technology is imperfect. If the person distracts, the system can not recognise its thought, accordingly, the robot will not receive any instructions. Besides, that the system of reading of thoughts worked, it is necessary for it to adapt within two-three hours under each user. Now Honda Motor technology allows robot Asimo to understand, when the person thinks of movement by hands, run or meal. On processing of a signal and fulfilment of operation for the robot some seconds leave. Honda Motors works over humanoid robots since 1986. The first Asimo has been shown audience in 2000. Robot growth makes 130 centimetres, weight - 54 kgs. In the summer of 2008 Asimo has learnt to understand simultaneous speech of several people. Before these robots have learnt to work in steam. In May, 2008 Asimo has appeared in a role of the conductor of a symphonic orchestra.
