The inventor has won Google patent dispute

Google recognised a priority of inventor Judah Klausner in creation of visual vocal mail and has obtained the licence for use of this invention, transfers Reuters. Transaction details are not disclosed, however Klausner has withdrawn the claim and has promised more not to address in court on this point in question. Earlier the inventor of visual vocal mail has already won courts with Apple, Skype, Vonage Tecnologies and LG Electronics. Google can use the patent of Klausner in two services - belonging to it telephone, Grand Central and platform Android for smart phones and other mobile devices. Visual vocal mail allows to make an exchange of vocal messages similar to electronic correspondence. This technology, in particular, is used in smart phone Apple iPhone. Klausner has brought an action on Apple in the end of 2007. Simultaneously there were similar trials with Comcast, Cablevision Systems and other companies. In total Kljauzner demanded from six companies of 360 million dollars. In total Klausner companies, Klausner Technologies, belongs over two tens patents for technologies of a mobile communication. The firm sells licences for their use.
