New 11,6 inch Acer Aspire One

Now Acer releases ultracheap netbooks Aspire One with 8,9 and 10-inch screens. The permission of the display of new model Aspire One will make 1366х768 pixels. A relation of its sides - 16:9. Acer Aspire One with the 11,6-inch screen it will be constructed on base 1,6 GhZ the processor of Intel Atom Z530. Ten-inch netbook Aspire One has been shown in the end of January of current year. It is supposed that in second quarter 2009 Acer completely will concentrate on production 10-inch netbooks. Accordingly, release 8,9-inch Aspire One will be stopped.

Acer announced 49-euros communicator

Company Acer announced С1 and E1 communicators at CeBIT exhibition 2009, which cost will make 49 euros, informs TechRadar. Their main destination - web surfing and work with e-mail. Both communicators will work under control of Windows Mobile 6.5. They will appear on sale till the end of current year in several colour variants. Also Acer announced F1 and L1 communicators, working on the basis of Windows Mobile 6.5. It is known that F1 it is equipped by the big touch screen and 5 Megapixel camera, and L1 it is executed in shape slider. The first Acer communicators have been presented in February of current year at exhibition Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Then representatives of the company have informed that develop such eight devices four of which can be bought in March.

Acer announced 10-inch Aspire One at CeBIT 09

Acer Inc. announced at the CeBIT exhibition netbook Aspire One c display with a diagonal of 10.1 inches and resolution of 1024 by 600 pixels and LED backlight.

Acer has developed a computer-based Nvidia Ion


Acer has developed a compact computer-based platform for Nvidia Ion, said Slashgear. He called the Hornet.
Hornet will work with single or dual-core processor Intel Atom. Of the other technical characteristics Hornet know that with your PC come with a motion sensor controller movements. It enables you to control the device using gestures.

Date premieres Acer Hornet will not be disclosed. But we know that the first computers based on the Nvidia Ion will be the summer of 2009, and their price will be $ 299.
