Scientists of the Massachusets institute of technology (MIT) managed to develop a material which allows to charge lithium-ionic accumulators for 10-20 seconds, it is told in official press release MIT. Article about opening is published in log Nature. Lithium-ionic power supplies are widely used in portable devices, such as mobile phones and notebooks. Such accumulators possess a high capacity, however on their charging some hours leave. Earlier scientific considered that for long charging slow ions of lithium answer. Computer calculations have shown that they, on the contrary, should move very fast. It was soon revealed that lithium ions really can move fast, but for this purpose it is necessary, that the ion from a surface has got to one of material "tunnels". Scientist, speaking in images, it was possible to create "ring road" for ions of lithium which allows them to move on a surface until they will not get to "tunnel". The material has been opened five years ago, now contributors have only changed a way of its manufacture. It is expected that in sale new accumulators will arrive in two-three years.

New iPod shuffle with VoiceOver function

Apple has officially presented on March, 11th the new version of iPod shuffle with VoiceOver function. It is able to say names of songs, playlists and names of musicians. It is the first-ever player with such function. VoiceOver supports 14 languages, including English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. It is necessary to notice that VoiceOver it is built already in in Mac OS X where allows to sound points of the menu and other elements of the interface. The new, third version iPod shuffle is equipped by 4GB memory that allows to save in it about thousand songs. The accumulator iPod shuffle provides ten-hour work without additional charge. On dimensions a player much less than standard battery AA, its weight makes about 11 grammes. The device case is executed from aluminium. As well as previous iPod shuffle, the new model has no screen. New iPod Shuffle will cost 79$ in USA.

Nokia announced the first phone with the built in radio antenna

Nokia announced three new mobile phones. Nokia 5730 XpressMusic, Nokia 5330 XpressMusic and Nokia 5030. They will appear on counters till the end of current year. Besides, it became the first phone Nokia with the built in radio antenna. It means that for radio listening to Nokia 5030 it is not necessary to connect ear-phones or columns. Usually the wire of ear-phones or the columns connected to phone, carries out a role of the aerial which catches a radio signal. Nokia 5730 XpressMusic is executed in shape slider with the qwerty-keyboard put forward sideways. Thus under the mobile phone screen there is a standard alphanumeric keyboard. Phone supports game service N-Gage and other appendices. Its cost will make 280 euros. Musical phone Nokia 5330 XpressMusic is executed in the form of classical slider. On its case there is a 3,5-millimetric socket for connection of ear-phones, and the battery of a mobile phone will suffice on listening of music within 26 hours. To buy 5330 XpressMusic it will be possible since the third quarter 2009 for 160 euros. Also in press release Nokia it is informed that by this time the company has sold more than 425 million devices with the built in musical player. Thus mobile phones and smart phones with the FM-tuner it has been sold more than 700 million.

Samsung announced two cellular telephones with the touch screen, concerning to to a budget segment. Europe becomes the first market where there will be these mobile phones. Both of them support TouchWiz technology, allowing to place on phone screen various miniappendices, or labels for fast access to services. S5600 works in networks of cellular communication of the third generation. The diagonal of the screen of this phone makes 2,8 inches. Mobile phone dimensions equal 102,8x54,8x12,9 millimetre. S5230 does not support a network 3G. The diagonal of the screen of this phone equals to three inches. The sizes Samsung S5230 make 104x53x11,9 millimetres. Both mobile phones support wireless communication Bluetooth 2.1. The volume of their internal memory is equal to 50 mbytes. It is possible to expand it at the expense of a flash card microSDHC with volume to 8 GB. Samsung S5230 it will be possible to buy since April of current year. S5600 will appear on sale a month later. Cost of phones is not informed.

Earlier the inventor of visual vocal mail has already won courts with Apple, Skype, Vonage Tecnologies and LG Electronics. Google can use the patent of Klausner in two services - belonging to it telephone, Grand Central and platform Android for smart phones and other mobile devices. Visual vocal mail allows to make an exchange of vocal messages similar to electronic correspondence. This technology, in particular, is used in smart phone Apple iPhone. Klausner has brought an action on Apple in the end of 2007. Simultaneously there were similar trials with Comcast, Cablevision Systems and other companies. In total Kljauzner demanded from six companies of 360 million dollars. In total Klausner companies, Klausner Technologies, belongs over two tens patents for technologies of a mobile communication. The firm sells licences for their use.

New Intel chipset for Atom processors cannot work with Blu-ray

The new Intel GN40 chipset intended for use with processor Atom, will not support HD-video which have been written down on disks Blu-ray, informs Fudzilla referring to the statement of representatives Intel. In Intel underline that the chipset can work as video of a high definition with the permission 1080р. However it concerns, for example, translations on the Internet, but not to films on disks Blu-ray. The matter is that for playing of the last it is required more resources. Earlier representatives Intel declared that GN40 will allow to work from HD-video. However they did not specify, about what video of the permission there is a speech, also was not informed and on, whether can GN40 work with disks Blu-ray. One of the basic competitors GN40 is platform Nvidia Ion. According to Nvidia, it supports as reproduction of video of a high definition with the permission 1080р, and disks Blu-ray.

Itself Wintek has informed that together with Apple works over new products, but does not know, how they will be used. In any case of delivery will begin not earlier than second half of 2009. Analysts expect the announcement of Apple netbook some months, specifying that the device will cost in 500-600 dollars and would find the buyers saving on more expensive computers because of crisis. They expect occurrence of this product till the end of the year. Earlier, head of Apple Steve Jobs has declared that Apple does not know how to make quality 500$ computer.

Asus Corporation intends to let out in the third quarter 2009 the laptop with the keyboard moving at closing, writes Engadget. The prototype of such device has been shown at electronics CeBIT exhibition in Hanover. At laptop closing its keyboard moves, closing itself trackpad. At opening the keyboard, accordingly, is removed back. The keyboard rises over the case that allows to cool more effectively the electronic components which are under it. New forms-factors allows to save a place necessary for hands of the user, and also the keyboard and trackpad. While it is not known, how much the prototype will correspond to the case of the ready laptop, however at demonstration the laptop was much more thin the usual. Also Asus has presented a prototype of the computer consisting of two touch displays. Term of its occurrence on sale is unknown.
